Hi,first of all I will tell you a little bit about me. I will start by telling you that I am a 36 years old male living in Florida, USA. I recently became a military veteran, before I went into the military (Navy) I used to work in corporate America, I worked for several corporations, some of them to name just a few were Bank of America, chase manhattan bank (now JP morgan), world.com (in which I worked for several microsoft related projects), I also worked for AOL, webTV, sprint, veriazon etc.. I have to tell you that while I worked for these companies although they offered a decent pay and nice benefits I was never able to find the fanancial independence I was looking for, at the time I had 36 credits towards a degree in International business, I struggled trying to find the time and the money needed for me to finish my degree, so I decided to join the military and try to get a GI bill to help me pay for my degree while at the same time I was serving the country, well while I was in the military although I do managed to get my GI bill I was so busy that I could not make any progress towards finishing my degree (I was part of a V-1 division on a carrier (if you are a Navy person maybe you know how busy the fly deck personal remains all the time), I worked from 5 AM to 3 AM at night almost everyday in a very dangerous enviroment (I have to tell you that I liked it and I would not change my time in the Navy for anything in the world), little by little I forgot about my degree and my duties in my division became my number one priority untill almost without realizing it my time to leave the military came and I was back in civilian life again. I have my GI Bill, but to tell you the truth I am so burned out that I don’t find the motivation to pursue my career, I have some friends that finish college and are either struggling to reach real fanancial independence and some of them are even struggling to get a job, I really don’t want to go back to college for two or three more years to endup where I was before I got in the Navy. I decided that this time around I will try my best not to go back to corporate America, this time around I will work for myself and become my own boss so I will be in control of how much money I make and when, how much I make and when to take my vacations to places I always wanted to visite and enjoy (I visited many nice places while in the Navy (THANKS NAVY), I think is more enjoyable to travel when you travel on your own terms, and also when you have the proper finances to take care of your expenses, I am sure most of you would like to be your own bosses make a lot of money and travel as often as you like just like I would like to do so.this channel is for people that like me want to reach financial independence by becoming their own boss, and also for companies and business looking for motivated people like us.
